These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BuniOD website and, where granted, the BuniOD early-access platform (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. BuniOD is a pre-launch product offered on an invitation basis.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing buniod.com, submitting an access request, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
The service
BuniOD is an AI quality-intelligence platform that observes a customer application, discovers business-critical flows, and continuously validates that they work. During early access, the Service is provided on an evaluation basis and may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.
Read-only access
BuniOD is designed to operate with read-only access to the applications and, where connected, source code you authorise. BuniOD observes and analyses; it does not modify your code, data, or infrastructure. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect any application or repository you provide to us.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, access it without authorisation, or use it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.
Intellectual property
BuniOD, including its software, models, branding and content, is and remains our property or that of our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You retain all rights to your own applications, code and data; outputs BuniOD generates about your application are provided to you for your use.
Confidentiality
Each party may access non-public information of the other in connection with the Service. Both parties agree to protect such information and use it only as needed to provide or use the Service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its findings will identify every issue in your software.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuniOD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, particularly during early access. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
