These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BuniOD website and the BuniOD application at app.buniod.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. BuniOD is a product of NewProWeb.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing buniod.com, creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Accounts
You need an account to use the application. You must provide a valid email address and verify it, keep your password secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account, including by team members you invite.
The service
BuniOD generates browser test scenarios from your plain-language descriptions and runs them against the web applications you connect, manually or on a schedule. Features may change as the Service develops. We do not guarantee that scenarios will detect every defect in your software.
Plans and payment
The Free plan is available at no cost with the token allowance shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are priced as shown on the pricing page, and refunds follow our Refund Policy. Token usage is measured by the Service.
Your applications and test data
You may only connect applications you are authorised to test. BuniOD does not access or modify your source code. Browser scenarios interact with your application as a user and may create, change or delete data in it; you are responsible for using dedicated test accounts and, where possible, non-production environments, and for the credentials and test data you provide.
AI-generated output
The Service uses third-party AI models to generate and run scenarios. Generated scenarios can contain mistakes; review them before you confirm them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, access it without authorisation, or use it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.
Intellectual property
BuniOD, including its software, models, branding and content, is and remains our property or that of our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You retain all rights to your own applications, code and data; outputs BuniOD generates about your application are provided to you for your use.
Confidentiality
Each party may access non-public information of the other in connection with the Service. Both parties agree to protect such information and use it only as needed to provide or use the Service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its findings will identify every issue in your software.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuniOD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
