Refund Policy

Last updated: 25 September 2026

This Refund Policy explains when BuniOD issues a refund, when it does not, and how to ask for one. It applies to paid BuniOD plans bought directly from us, and forms part of our Terms of Service. BuniOD is a product of NewProWeb.

The short version

If you are not sure BuniOD is right for your team, start on Free — it includes every currently available feature, with no card and no commitment. If you do pay and change your mind quickly, we refund you.

  • Free includes all currently available features and 500K tokens per period, so you can evaluate BuniOD without spending anything.
  • Your first paid period on Pro or Scale is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee.
  • You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops the next period rather than cutting short the period you already paid for.
  • Tokens the AI has already spent on your behalf cannot be refunded, because the work has been done.
  • If we billed you in error, we fix it — no time limit and no argument.

Try the product before you pay

Every BuniOD plan includes the same product; what changes is how many tokens you get and what happens when they run out. Free includes 500K tokens per period, with no overage and no card on file — enough to connect a real application, generate scenarios from your own prompts and run them against your product. We would far rather you prove the value on Free than pay for a month you did not need.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you upgrade to Pro or Scale and decide within 14 days of that first payment that BuniOD is not right for you, write to us and we will refund the payment in full — including the tokens you used during those 14 days.

The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first paid subscription period of an account or organisation. It does not cover later renewals, a second subscription opened after a refund, or overage invoices for tokens consumed beyond your plan. When a refund is issued the paid plan ends and the account returns to Free.

Cancelling a subscription

Paid plans run in monthly periods that start on the day the plan is activated. Paid plans are currently activated and managed by our team, so to cancel, write to support@buniod.com. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee and no lock-in.

Cancelling stops the next period. It does not end the period you have already paid for — your plan, your remaining tokens and every feature stay available until that period finishes, and the account then moves to Free. Because you keep what you paid for until the end of the period, partial months are not refunded pro rata, outside the exceptions below.

Tokens, allowances and overage

BuniOD bills on a single meter — the tokens the AI reads and writes while working for you. That makes most of what you buy a consumed resource rather than a reserved one, and the rules follow from it:

  • Tokens already spent generating scenarios or running them are not refundable; the work has been performed.
  • Unused tokens do not carry over to the next period and are not refunded in cash, on any plan.
  • Overage — $3.99 per 1M on Pro, $2.99 per 1M on Scale — is billed for tokens that have already been consumed, and is therefore non-refundable.
  • Tokens burned by a fault on our side are a different matter. If a run failed because of a BuniOD incident rather than something in your application, tell us and we will credit those tokens back to your balance.

Upgrades and downgrades

Plan changes are currently made by our team on request. Tell us which plan you want, and we will confirm when the change takes effect and how it affects your current period before we apply it. Moving between plans neither resets nor extends the 14-day guarantee.

When we refund regardless

Some charges are simply wrong, and those we correct whenever you notice them — the 14-day window does not apply. Contact us if:

  • You were charged twice for the same period, or a payment went through in duplicate.
  • You were charged after cancelling, once we had confirmed the cancellation.
  • You were billed for a plan that was never activated on your account.
  • An invoice does not match the plan or the usage recorded in your dashboard.
  • A confirmed BuniOD outage or platform fault prevented meaningful use of the Service for a significant part of a billing period — here we will normally issue a prorated credit or refund for the affected time.

What is not refundable

To be equally explicit about the other side of the policy:

  • Subscription periods already used, once the 14-day guarantee has passed.
  • Tokens consumed by scenario generation or runs.
  • Unused tokens at the end of a period.
  • Overage invoices for tokens beyond the allowance included in your plan.
  • Failures or downtime caused by the application under test, your own environment, or third-party services BuniOD needs to reach.
  • The Free plan, where there is no payment to return.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by email — there is no form and no queue. Write to contact@newproweb.com from the address associated with the account and include the organisation name, the invoice number or payment date, and a sentence on what happened. Telling us why is genuinely useful; it is often how we learn that something is broken.

We reply within two business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days. How quickly the money then appears on your statement is up to your bank or card issuer, and usually takes a few days more.

Chargebacks

If a charge looks wrong, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. We can almost always resolve a billing problem faster than a chargeback can be processed, and a dispute opened without contacting us first may lead to the account being suspended until the matter is settled.

Currency, taxes and fees

Refunds are issued in the currency of the original payment and for the amount we charged. Where applicable taxes were collected, they are refunded together with the payment as required by law. We cannot compensate for exchange-rate movements between the payment and the refund, or for fees your bank or card issuer charges independently of us.

Custom agreements

Some teams use BuniOD under a pilot, an order form or another written agreement. Where such an agreement sets out its own billing or refund terms, those terms take precedence over this page for that customer; everything else here continues to apply.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country, including any statutory right of withdrawal. Where local law gives you a stronger remedy than this policy does, that law applies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy as the product and its billing evolve. The version published at the time of a payment is the one that governs that payment, and material changes are reflected here with a new date at the top of the page.
